I’m looking for a pellet that has a high vitamin D content since I live in an area that gets too cold to take my birds out in the winter. Also it has to be free of any dyes.

Any of the fortified pellets will have sufficient D3 for birds. This might help:

Harrison's, Roudybush, Hagen/Hari, and Zupreem Natural are just a few options.

Harrison’s is know to be the “best”, but roudybush, tops or any of the one suggested by @Mizzely are also good.

I also want to suggest Caitec Oven baked bites. Poppy goes crazy for them. They have no added sugar, no dyes, and are not corn based (personal preference).

TOPS is not fortified with D3, so would not be a good fit for someone looking for a food with sufficient D :)

My conure really likes the lafebers pellets for parrots and he also likes the coarse pepper time pellets tho it’s too big for him at times so I wouldn’t recommend the coarse for anything smaller than a sun conure
