OK, I am home. I got a LOT of toys and parts and a new cage for Mojo.

Help! How do I clean them before giving to my birds?

All in all, it was very very sad to me. The birds in general looked awful. There was one woman there "parrot pleasures" that had a really nice hanhs and a noble. The hanhs was OMG OMG OMG so sweet.

I actually thought about getting him. But really I know the dynamic of my flock, I need to stick with it.

So, help me with cleaning toys!! Please?

I am afraid to bring them in the house until I know how to clean them. LOL.

I immediately ran upstairs and stripped off my clothes and threw them in the wash, even my shoes.

GSE to clean them?
Personally I would use 1/10 bleach solution. Then wash them after.
I know that 1 part vinegar 2 parts water is a disinfectant.

I have oxyfresh gelee. I can make up a spray. I know that is a good disinfectant.

I am so paranoid. But seriously, lots of those birds looked so bad. They had a pair of red lorikeets with nothing but seeds in their cage. It made me sad.
