Going to get a quaker, any tips?

Hello, I've done my "basic" research, or the species requirements but i would like to know from experienced owners, anything that you didn't know before getting a quaker that you wish you would have known? Please don't try to convince me it's a bad idea, i'm already decided.

well I knew they could be loud.
What I didn't know was that they could keep that up non stop for the entire day.
And knowing the species now I think they do better with a friend. But that can present issues with a novice in parrot behavior
