So yeah, for this week or so I couldn't really focus in school thinking that my Nua was lonely, and I'm getting her a pal.
But I might not. Here are some reasons why I might not get a pal for her.
But I might not. Here are some reasons why I might not get a pal for her.
- I really cannot afford if they were to live in two different cages or if they dislike each other.
- I also don't have an adequate quarantine cage which is way too small for any bird, and that they could escape. Even if I went through the quarantine process with that inappropriate cage, I don't have another room to place the bird into. I am getting the new hand-fed budgie from a reliable and healthy breeder, is quarantine a must?
- Unlike when I got Nua, it is school time for me, and I can't monitor how they interact with each other for the majority of the day. Also since the baby budgie is hand-fed she knows how to eat out of a bowl, but prefers the hand to eat out of.
