Gender confusion

Can someone please help identify the gender of this cutie? It landed on my balcony last week.

I did some research this appears to be a lutino? I am trying to find it a companion of its opposite gender.

I’m not great with yellow (why I have a male named Marigold), but I think I see the start of tan & flaking. So my guess is a young girl. Others will know for sure.

Her cere is turning brown.

Too young to tell yet. could be DEC, could be df spangled. Time will tell

The flaking at the edges is nothing to do with gender. More likely the air is a bit dry

Its not young it has iris and it is a male 100%

Thanks guys. Still a bit confused but I am thinking of getting a male budgie now. It is said two females (in case this one is) will fight in the same cage?
