Fresh air and Sunshine

Can anyone suggest ways I can give my 4 birds adequate fresh air & sunshine? I live in an apartment and don't have a yard. Sometimes I'll let them hang out on the balcony in a cage but wish I could do more. I was thinking a bird-backpack and going for a walk or hike with them. Would they get enough sun that way? Are there any safe, good bird backpack brands anyone could suggest?

I recently got a backpack but I'm not sure if you can get it where you are as it's a China website.

I know how you feel as I can only have Preeno in a cage outside for sunshine. A backpack doesn't offer that much sunshine I feel but it's good for some outdoors time
