If it has sulphur or sugar in it, then it's a no go.

They're safe. Remember that something like this should be a treat; freeze dried vegetables though can be given more routinely if they like the texture

FD has nothing added- well I’ve never seen any FD foods with additives as the FD process preserves perfectly.
Normal dried fruits are the ones they add stuff to for preserving.
