Found yellow warbler

I was walking gonzo today when we passed by what I believe to be a yellow warbler. He was on the floor and panting, had loose white droppings. His wings appear to be clipped. He is currently at our home. He was found in San Francisco, CA

Thank you! Probably dehydrated, water and insects, crickets, flies, things like that, maybe you could get him some mealworms? Look up more info on the net, glad you found him! Who would clip his wings??

Thanks for the suggestions! I’ll see where I can find some tomorrow, all the pet stores I go to are sadly closer. he’s currently in our downstairs bathroom, I’m hoping hes not sick, or have anything that could get my birds sick . He seems to be feeling much better after getting some water/rest. I’m hoping I’m wrong about the clipped wings, or there’s a really good reason for it.
