My son's friend found a Dutch Blue Lovebird outside Rev's Stadium in York PA. It has been taken to the vet for a check, all appears ok. It has been fed and will soon be at the SPCA for adoption. I cannot adopt ot foster another birdie, or I would take him in until owner is found.
