Hi all,
I'm becoming more worried lately as i'm realising Spearmint doesn't really have too many foraging opportunities. He's got a foraging box I made for him, outside the cage, and his toys inside the cage are filled with treats but not really used. He's not exactly the sharpest tool in the shed honestly, so harder foraging toys are a no-go but seemingly all my petstores have. What are some nice, easy and simple foraging toys I can provide him with? I'm also happy to make some. Thanks :)

You can start off by using kitchen tissue, cover the food bowl and fasten it with seagrass or paper rope and tear a hole in the middle of it large enough for him to see and get to the food, then each day make the hole smaller till he has to make the hole himself.

There are some really easy things you can do at home but you need to get your bird to realise good stuff can found in chewable toys by starting really easy
