Do cats usually forage? I'd have thought more hunting type toys would work best. I guess hunting is a kind of foraging.

You could put wet food inside a small Kong.

Have tried that :( Her tongue isn't long enough to get beyond the opening so she loses interest. I do use lickmats but they make the food dry out quicker so she likes them only in very small doses!

You could try hiding wet food in covered dishes.

Like this set:

Biggest issue is the lids might be too heavy or breakable. Plastic lids might be better. But you could use something lighter, like a piece of paper or cardboard at first. See how it goes.

The vet that did the video said she is working on a wet food hunting type of cat feeder. To me hunting and foraging are related.

Those are all good. A cats attention span is so short. I need a closet just got store cat toys in. My closet is full of toys and beds Inky grew bored with. Which puzzle do you like best?

If she gets any kibble, this is hands down her favorite:

My kitty gets all her dry food in a slow feeder bowl. She can be food protective causing her to eat too fast, but I also like giving her something to keep her occupied.

I think lick mats or bowl shaped "slow feeders" would work for wet food.
I use lickmats occasionally but she is very finicky and if the food dries out too much she won't eat it  So it creates a lot of waste

I have something similar to the digger. Its a cardboard box with holes in the top and side. Inky cannot get anything out from the top so she discovered if she turns the box over most of the goodies fall out. I may get the digger, thanks so much @Mizzely
