Whatever she eats, does well on, and fits your budget ;)

What area of the world are you in? That will affect answers.

There's a ton of options! Example:

Of course don't forget lots of fresh veggies :)

Each bird is a bit different when it comes to pellets.
For chop, its all about texture and variation! Parrots only have 350 taste receptors, opposed to your 9000, so be sure to get that variety in there. Crunchy foods are a big hit for my gcc, carrots, radish, parsnip, pomegranate etc etc :)

Mine eat roudybush pellets I’ve tried others and these are ones they only eat but as @Mizzely said best is one yours will eat and meet your budget and availability in your country

I give seeds in foraging toys nurtiberies avaricakes and other treats that they have to work for mostly get these when I am at work for 12hour shift to keep them busy or I fill them up at night so they have something in morning to do and keep them quiet haha
I do this as pip won’t eat his veggies if foraging toys are full

veggies I don’t offer crop as mine prefer hand food to hold bits and eat mine love
Broccoli
Sugar snap peas
Peas
Kale
Carrots (they like them shredded)
Parsnips (they like them shredded )
Brussels Sprouts
Cauliflower
Peppers (red orange as favs but will eat green)
radish
Baby corn
Coriander we have just tried but had some nibbles mostly thrown on floor
Ginger same
Fruits I offer weekly
Raspberries are remi absolute favs
Strawberries
Pomegranate both love
Apple both love but try not to offer too much

sprouting seed mix is a massive favourite
