Hi! I have a green cheeked conure named Juneau. Ive noticed hes been chewing on his flight feathers. He is also missing some chest feathers that have been repleaced with Grey fuzz. He has toys but he doesnt play with them and seems to want my attention 24/7. He appears to be aggressive when I come home from school and will try to attack me but will calm down a few hours later. He is a year old and his next birthday is in June. Anyone know? Ill answer question's

How much out of cage time does he get. Has he been to a vet?

I think a vet visit would be a great first step. There are any reasons for feather plucking, so a vet could help you to figure out the cause and recommend how to help your sweet conure.

It could be barbering, when they snip off the feather but don't pull it. I don't have experience with plucking birds, so I can't help much, but I do know that skin problems and loneliness/attention needs can be causes.
