Have you noticed any difference in temperament in between the two types?
I do have a couple, but they are mostly ones like what are in my siggie. I really need to go bug my breeder to take some new pics, she says that Avery is in a big boy cage now and trying to sample some new foods.

Caiques are so funny and adorable (I haven't had personal experience with Hahns, altho I'm sure they are too!)
I still miss mine and wish then I had known some of the things I know now... maybe I wouldn't have rehomed them. Still, I know they are happy with their new moms.

Oh wow you must be sooo excited! How are you going to deal with the waiting? I find, the closer you get to the day they come home, the worse the waiting gets! At least you have the rest of your flock to keep you busy! I think i remember you sharing pics before - they were adorable then and i can only imagaine how cute they are now! Looking forward to updates when they come home!
I need to email my breeder for some new photos. I am trying so hard not to think about them coming home soon, I created the space in the bird room today for their cages, so that empty spot sure isn't helping things at all.

I am on break this week, but my breeder is eight hours away in Ohio.
I tried really hard to find someone around here, but there is not many people who breed large birds in Tennessee that meet my minimum standards (closed aviary, disease testing, references, etc.) so I had to branch out. Trust me, if these little guys were around here anywhere I would have been taking a million pictures! - Status
