First harvest for Chamomile

Oh, ok. I have been drying tomatoes (think the equivalent of "sun dried julienne cut" from the grocery store) all weekend, and they have been coming out FANTASTIC with such a bright, delicious flavor I've been snacking on them like candy. Probably this first success with my dehydrator is going to my head!

3/4 of ounce of dried chamomile flowers for one plant. the plant got aphids bad towards the end. but they didn't get into the flower will take picture later of the dried.

parsley, cilantro, carrot greens, chamomile

Chamomile is also an anti-inflammatory, so it is great to have on hand for so many reasons!
