So Fred is my 18 year old cockatiel who was fed only seeds in her last home (for 18 years) getting her to try vegetables has been a struggle until like a week ago
I pureed some frozen, cooked broccoli and a few wild blueberries to make a sort of baby food. Then I added her seeds and pellets. The first day she was like ugh no but the next few days she decided to try it and since then pureed veggies baby food style has been the way to go with her (with added seeds or pellets)
