Few questions about feeding

I had removed both babys from mama, as she kept leaving the nest for extended periods of time. She also had interest in only feeding only one baby. I am using RoudyBush Formula 3. It recommends 10:90 ratio for chicks a few days old and 25:75 for older chicks. I am following that the best I can. But I notice the formula is very runny still. Isn’t formula supposed to be applesauce consistency?

I have been heating the water to at least 130 because it cools down fast when I stir it in. While feeding is it okay if it drips down to 100F? I am trying to keep it at 105F but it drops fast! I am even doing the double boiler method to try to keep it warm. Also I noticed the have been having green droppings today rather then brown. Anything to be concerned about?!

How old are the chicks currently? Consistency will change daily for the first 5 days or week.

Use a bain Marie to keep formula warm. Put tea towel over top to help keep heat in when not filling syringes.

Green droppings usually indicates seed intake. Have they eaten seeds? Either themselves or from parents?
