fencing a table to make it a huge forage tray

i want to convert a table to a huge forage area but i need an idea how to fence it so that all the forage stuff won't fall off, any ideas?

Those long bits of wood. They´re like a metre long by 5 or 10cm. Nail them along the edges. (Your table is wood?)
