Feathers on one side of tail are missing again

So when we got Lemonpie the cockatiel, he was missing only one side of his tail feathers so he had to be clipped. And now if he tries to fly he just flips backwards. They started growing in and were almost grown all the way in, but then they suddenly dissapeared. I think they fell off. He was doing so much better at landing, but we are at step one again

Could they have gotten caught in a toy or in cage bars? Such a shame he lost his feathers again Hopefully they will grow back soon...

I think they got banged up against the bars and fell, I can't think of where they would get caught, but you could be right
