1) IRN - recently realized that ringnecks are my kinda birds :D
2) Cockatiels - sweet, loving, loyal. My Walad is the best first bird I could ever wish for. Thanks to her I started educating myself more and more about parrots.

Can't say Galahs though :D We are having many ups and downs with Momo and I don't think I can say I love the species. I love Momo in particular, she's so sweet and hilarious at times, but would never get another Galah for sure :hilarious:

Ok. I checked small cockatoos (galah) but one is definitely enough. Mini macaws ( if money and space were no object I would have several)
Pionus ( once again money and space were no object I would have several). Cockatiels( I would love an aviary full) Budgies ( the only one on my list that I don't have. I love budgie chatter.)

1-Cockatoos (Umbrella and Sulfer-crested are my favorite!)
2-Pyrrhura Conures

Budgies are 3rd. They are awesome little birds.
Caiques are fun, but probably not for me. I saw some baby lovebirds that melted my heart! Must resist the cuteness! I wish I could get another bird lol.
I don't have a lot of experience with different birds, but I know what I'd like;)

Favorite species is really hard, if we can really even say for sure we have one.

One day for me it's Cockatoos, nothing is as wonderful as a bird that snuggles under your chin while watching TV.
The next day it's I hate cockatoos as they scream through the whole show.

The next day for me it's Amazons. That spice and beauty, that wonderful cockiness they have, that love of singing with you while playing your music. The next day it's who wants a nasty nippy Zon who just doesn't deserve my adoration!

The next day it's Macaws. Who wouldn't love a bird that listens and responds. One that cocks their head and answers you back. One that understands exactly what you want, and does what you ask. The next day who wants a vicious feathered devil that chases you through the house because you dared pick up a shoe!

Favorite species? I think it's just PARROTS.

Only 3 votes for ekkies? I find them positively gorgeous and would love to have one one day. I also love lovebirds, Pyrrhura conures, nanday conures. I love them all, really, but this is today's list hahaha

I bet most on AA have never even met any, let alone know if they like them!

I know I've only seen one from afar.

I have seen wild ones, and an aviary of red-tails. Other then that I haven't seen them much either.
If I ever get a large parrot it would most likely be a red-tailed.

Awe...to see one in the wild would be bananas on top of my ice-cream.
You are so lucky!

I think the wild ones were yellow-tails. I always feel like I never got a good enough look because they were in the trees and it's hard enough just to spot them in the first place.

Well I like quite a bit, it’s really hard to choose. :)

these are not in order but

1. Large macaws (there’s just something about them, so pretty and great personalities! I think my favorites in particular are miligold macaws, jubilee macaws, and greenwings.)

2. Amazons (particularly the red loreds and panama amazons)

3. Cockatiels (They are just the perfect bird for any bird owner)

4. All types of conures (I absolutely LOVE the big personalities)

5. Small cockatoos (I particularly like the goffins, they are so adorable)
