With a broken heart I have to let you know that my Rorro had passed away last Wednesday, October 28th at 9:00 p.m.
Thanks to your advice, and with the information provided about avian veterinarians, we found an avian certified veterinarian in North Carolina (5 hours away from where we live). We took Rorro there, where all the required tests were taken.
The tests results indicated that Rorro had a congenital disease, I don't recall its name. Basically Rorro had some type of issue with the air conditioning, and that disease was terminal.
We were very lucky, since that doctor not only has over 20 years of experience, but he also loves birds, and gave us a lot of advice and information about how to improve Rorro's quality of life.
Anyway, I think that Rorro didn't suffer at his passing since it was sudden and he was doing fine until its time was over. We miss him so very much.
Thank you all for your help and advice.
