Hi guys

Just wanted to recommend St James Vet Group. Lance, their exotic specialist was fab with Jake, he's the only strange person who Jake has never bitten. He took time to socialise with Jake after manhandling him for an examination and even gave me a free poop exam. He's always quick to call back and reassure me if I have any worries.

They've got several practices in south Wales. I go to the Sketty one.

He's amazing, I was so worried about taking Jake to a non-avian vet after hearing so many horror stories, but Lance and even the normal pet team are amazing. They didn't even charge me for one appointment because they wanted him in the next day for Lance to examine him further.
