Fall Fresh Mix

I made a fall inspired food mix today. It has zucchini, mustard greens, carrots, sweet potatoes, broccoli, peas, apples, cranberries, blackberries, pomegranate, whole grain couscous, and quinoa (all organic). It has a lot more fruit than I usually add, but since most of it is healthy fruit, I think it should be ok.

the zucchini did you take off the skin before chopping it? also how did you prepare the sweet potato? I have never ever cooked sweet potato before but I see a lot of fids LOVE it.

Thanks guys. I try to mix it up from time to time. About 75% of their diet consists of fresh food so I don't want them to be bored.
