In my home we call it call it "Quasidodo Pudding "because when I asked Emma whether she liked it she said "Q is for Quasi dodo" instead of Quasimodo.
I can't remember where I got the idea to make this but here's how I do it. Emma and Sachi love to be spoon fed this.
There are no set quantities but it should look like a nice smooth pudding. I always eyeball my measurements.
***NO canned fruit***
The ingredients are Fresh mango, fresh papaya, a few slices of ripe banana, a small sprinkle of unsweetened coconut, finely shopped pieces of almond or walnuts
Just add the first 3 ingredients to the food processor and blend until smooth.
Place in a bowl... sprinkle with coconut and nuts.
Serve and enjoy.
