Egg laying

My bird who is 23 has been laying eggs for the past 6 years. She laid 4 eggs five weeks ago. I removed them one at a time replacing them with a fake egg until all eggs were fake. She still continued to lay on them and I removed them slowly. After 5 weeks they are all removed. Now she will not get off the bottom of the cage. I take her out all day and let her be on her perch but when I put her back she goes straight to the bottom to lay on the cage. Any suggestions on what I should do? Thanks
