My canary had an egg stuck inside it last night. i took it the vet and they removed the egg, but its the second day today and the bird is still no too well she is litly eating, sleeping alot and buffed up, is that normal

Did your vet give you any meds to give yuor bird? Normally liquid calcium is given, as well as a pain med/anti-inflammatory. Call your vet back & let him know how your bird is.

It takes a day or two to recover from that, since its traumatic and invasive,,,you'll need to watch her closely, did you get liquid calcium? Antiinflammitory meds? Make sure shes warm, hydrated and comfy...if not better in a day or two call your vet back,, hope she will be ok..
