Dutch blue mutation?

I have two Dutch blue boys from the same clutch I have their parents as well but one of them is much more blue with yellow forehead while the other one is green/teal blue with peach forehead. What does that say about the mutation and the parents genetics?

Their tails one of them have dark blue from their back to all the way down to his tail while the more teal one doesn’t have that

One has the dark factor gene and one the light. So the parents are either one of each - which you would almost certainly have noticed - or carrying both and by coincerdence each boy got both of one sort so that is why they look the way they do.

In the picture with the tails, the one on the bottom (right) appears to have a violet factor as well.
