She passed. I found her in the same spot Alby was in when i found him, I dont know what to think, Maybe she couldn’t handle the grief, I dont know how i will either.
Bawled my eyes out, My only girl gone. My parents keep repeating “We can get new ones”, I don’t think they understand that i feel the same they feel about me & my siblings ; These are my babies, My irreplaceable perfect babies.

Im taking a “hiatus”, Might not return. This forum has taught me so much, And im thankful for each and every one of you.

I am not religious, But I hope there is a god ; a life after this one, So they can be together just once more.

Honestly, I’d not get more. They passed away so unexpectedly & in such close succession that, while no one can be certain, I’d guess it’s either environmental or they came with a disease. Since there’s no will to get to the bottom of this, then your idea of not getting more is very mature.

May your feathered friends rest in eternal peace & may you see them again. :sorrow:

I am sorry for your loss. I would definitely investigate potential environmental causes, including the cage.

Also, don't feel you have to leave the forum if you don't have birds. Or, take a break, but you can always come back, even if it's been years. :hug8:
