My puppy grabbed my GCC and squeezed her in his mouth. No signs of shock or lacerations, but I'm very much concerned about his saliva, and about internal injuries. She has a vet appt tonight. What should I do in the meantime? She seems to be acting normal but is wobbly.

Keep her as quiet as possible. Don't allow her to run around - in fact if you can put her in a hospital cage it would be best. You can make a hospital cage out of a box, or laundry basket, or plastic tub. Keep her nice and warm.

How did your dog get to your bird? They should always be kept in separate area. I guess you know that now.

Supportive care -- heat, quiet, hospital cage where she doesn't need to perch but has food and water at her disposal.

I was at school and my little sister took her out of her cage and had her on her shoulder watching TV. She spooked at a noise and the dog lunged at her.

Needless to say, there's now some firm rules about my sister taking the bird from her cage. :laugh-bounce:
I was going to say that there'd have to a chat with little sis about taking Kiwi out :bignono: by herself. Glad that he/she is okay though.
