Does this electus look healthy

This electus is for sale at a bird store near me I don't plan on buying him just have a quick question does he look healthy. This is through an advert I didn't visit the shop.

Hard to say. Eclectus can get bald patches on their head when they are molting

I see a couple of pins, and maybe he's just drying after a dip in his water dish. He looks very young.

Beautiful 4 month old Baby male Eclectus talking parrot Very steady and calm bird. Beautiful feathered good health. And this is the Best age to tame him or tach him to talk.

In the future I do plan on getting an electus. Just not right now
