Does adoption of a 2mo in a house with two 4yr adults mix?

So I've been serving the boys (JoJo and Neil) for years now and they're full adults. Recently I stumbled upon this 2mo cockatiel who apparently has a disability in a leg. I've been feeling plenty for the baby and since my Neil was also adopted, I'm not foreign to the adoption process. Could make the whole thing work.
It'd be a real pleasure if you kind lot shared some advises and suggestions :)

If you have the time and space, I would say get him. Depending on the extent of the disability, he may need a modified cage. So might not be able to share a cage with the others. But, he would need a separate cage at least initially anyway. Is he weaned? Tiels don't typically wean until 8-10 weeks at the earliest.

Thanks for your answer! I did get him in fact (hopefully it's a he.) Let's call the kid Joey for the time being. His legs are partially malformed but he's able to drag himself around (has trouble flying and landing btw. I trimmed a tad bit of his flight feathers to avoid the risk of crashing while he's exploring the new home).

I had prepared him a separate cage right from the start so, he's having a safe space all to himself. He's weaned as well, eating like the baby dino he is.
Currently Joey is being introduced to the family. He's cautious but is slowly getting used to human presence. I'm keeping my adult boys at a safe distance. Despite his disability, Joey doesn't seem troublesome. I'll keep the community updated with his progress :)

I'm curious to hear if the age gap or different ability is a factor at all. He sounds super cute, can't wait to hear more!

Update on the kid (still nameless, still a Joey)
He's doing SO MUCH BETTER than I anticipated at the beginning. He's learning how to use his deformed leg. The other, which was underdeveloped due to lack of movement, is also gaining more vigor and he actually manages to toddle around and fly short distances. He's getting used to the boys being around, makes slight retorts when JoJo displays some jealousy :D and is tolerating scritches.
