Do you leave a tv or radio on for your bird?

I leave the radio on for them when we leave the house.

The budgies create a soundtrackof their own. I also like p&q, unless I want music or tv of BF does, it's off.

Mine listen to the canary cd in the morning, then an easy jazz station for the rest of the day. They love the birdsitter dvd from Parrot University too.

No. My B&G hates noise, and she's very particular about which songs she likes, so I have to be there to monitor her. She will scream in annoyance if she has to listen to something she doesn't like. Max and Sonny and Patrick all enjoy music, but they also like their quiet time. What bothers me about leaving it on all the time when I'm not there is that they can't turn it off if they want to.

If someone will not be home during daylight hours (which isnt often) I will leave the TV on in the room both bird cages are.

I leave the TV on if I go shopping Isis need to it to be on and has to be on one of her favorite channels. She loves to watch it and listen to it.

No, I work from home so I am here with 5 kids all day!
They dont need the t.v......... there is enough noise!!

My guys are out of the cages interacting with us. If I worked out of the home I'd put a radio in the bird room.

I leave the radio on for them to keep them company. Aly has tantrums if Im gone to long (eats her perches out of frustration) so the radio helps.
