Oh my gosh, I love these sweet stories of how birds first got their talons into us.
Around age 11, I wandered into a hotel on the way home from junior high school one day. Not sure why, lol, maybe it was a hot day. They had a mynah bird in their lobby. I lost my mind when the bird looked at me and said "Going to Chicago!" I visited him for years.
