The hubby might share a bite of his eggs. But no one screams for food. Just sharing time together more than food.

The update on the situation is that, two days worth of training and Astro now sits on his tree next to the table while we eat while I give him some treats. Occasionally he will fly onto my shoulder but then quickly remember and fly back onto his tree without me even saying something! I felt so emotional this morning, he got it soo quickly..

It works for everyone I guess. He gets to eat with us and we get to eat in peace and he doesn't eat so much junk! Training and finding a common solution are very important!

I'm so glad that you've all come to terms that everyone can agree on! Sounds like a perfect solution too to letting your people family eat their dinner w/ more peace
