I hope this works. I made to seagrass play areas one small fo my Gc Tango
And a larger one for my IRN Pegasus.

Next picture is the items to make it.
The seagrass is large but the have small also.
The plastic rings come in a big bag, you can make few of them things with the bag.
The wooden blocks are all different shapes and colors.
You have crinkle paper nice size bag. If you look you can see a plastic zip tie.
The wooden blocks the hole is to small and not in the right spot for the chain. You have to drill a hole closer to the edge.
Some of the smaller blocks will fit on the links. But it blocks the open of the link.
The following pictures show putting the links together and how a block can hang.
Also the chain is connected to the seagrass, I have some links below the seagrass with a block.
I take a hand full of crinkle paper put it up to the chain put a zip tie around the paper and go through the link and tighten the zip tie. Don't worry about tightening it to tight. Your parrot will still destroy it.
In this picture I only used a small amount of paper.
