Hi all! I have been doing some searching about DIY toys for my budgies and cockatiel. I have some natural sisal and moss that I used for other craft projects. Does anyone know if it is safe to use for the birds toys?

What do you mean by moss? Living plant or decoration?

Untreated sisal is safe.

It's real moss but for crafting, so I guess it's decorative?

I personally would not use dried moss. A lot of times plants purchased for decor are treated for bugs and fungus. There is also a risk of aspergillosis spores.
