This is a branch off a mulberry tree. From what I understand the bark is safe but the leaves or not. How do I disinfect this monstrosity

You can power wash it and sun dry. If you don’t have a power washer you can go to the car wash.

You can scrub it with soap and water and a brass brush. Steel brush is to hard. Brass cleans it well with out damaging it. Sun dry.

You can add a touch of bleach to the water if you want. Rinse well. I don’t. Power washing does a very good job. Then I wash the cut parts again by hand.
