Hi everyone I am new here and I’ve been trying to look up on google about my concern regarding a almost brownish dark color above my birds beak, in which lead me here. I saw some other people were discussing about it but I wasn’t sure if they were talking about the same thing. They said it was normal some birds had some dont but I don’t remember my little baby having it until recently I noticed it these past few days. Any words of advice or help please on what it is or can be ? ( the picture when she is on my head is the past , while the one where she is on my keyboard is present.):scared5:

Like Shez said, you´ll need to post a clearer pic for us to be able to see.

A common cause for darker patches on the face near the beak is toys where the dye has run/rubbed onto the bird. Another could be secretion from the nares that made those feathers dirty.
Try offering a bath for your bird, a nice bowl of room temp water about 2-3cm deep.

They are quite blurry so the larger you go to get a good look the blurrier they get. It is hard to see for sure if it is feather colouring or staining, I am tipping staining but do not wish to stand by that with such an unclear pic.

Going on the blurry pics the same colouring is seen near the eye- (like an eyeliner wing lol) so I am wondering if it is normal colouring or dirt from rubbing on something
