cupcake liners?

i was wondering if it would be safe to string a bunch cupcake liners on to some wire as a toy and if so, are there any types that are a no go?

Avoid wax coated ones. Buy normal paper ones.

If you buy the coloured ones, they are ok. Most are made for children. Buy them from the supermarket.
