I have budgie and just this morning I noticed he has some white crust on his beak that wasn’t here before. He has been sneezing a lot lately and sometimes his chirp sounds muted as if he has a blocked nose.
I researched and im not sure if this is a sign of scaly face mite or something else. maybe his face is just dry

Are you talking about the lines in the beak? Or is there something else I'm not seeing?

The lines are normal part of beak growth.

The rest of the symptoms though sound like a potential respiratory illness.
