Cooking with Grapeseed Oil

I've been thinking about using Grapeseed oil for my fids in recipes that call for an oil. I already use coconut oil, but think it's nice to change things up. I imagine this would be very healthy for our fids, but I'm not sure.

Has anyone used Grapeseed oil in cooking or in mixing into foods? Just as well, how about any other of the rare oils that you would usually only find in health food stores? And if you have used any, how long have you been feeding it to your fids?

I have never cooked with GSO, but if it tastes anything like GSE than I would say not so good!

I've never tasted GSE, myself, but GSO has an unobtrusive flavor like most cooking oils.

GSE is very bitter - like biting into a grapefruit or orange seed
