Conure potty trained themself

My conure jinx (not yet dna tested), potty trained herself and im wondering if this would be a problem. She will only poop on my gaming chair and her cage. Every few mins i bring her back to the cage so she wont hold it, though she sometimes will fly to the chair (its in my room) to poop. Will this cause a problem in the long run when i bring her somewhere? And if so how should i battle the problem.

Stop doing that. She either poops where she is or she has to make the effort to go to a favorite place.
