Conure Food Advice

Looking for advice on my conure. Wanting more variety of fresh fruits, vegetables, etc. Can anyone with experience give me any advice? Thank you in advance.

For my conure I did about 60% pellets and then the rest veggies, a bit of fruit, and a bit of seed. I only really do fruit a few days a week and seeds I kept to about 1/8 tsp a day.

I feed my two sprouts for breakfast ( sometimes they get some herbs mixed in with the sprouts )
10 am fresh food i feed in chunks not like chop and my two will eat the following - bell peppers,chilli's,carrot,sweetcorn,mangetout,sweet peas,parsnip,cauliflower,fine beans,aubergine,sweet potaoe,parsley,basil,coriander
