I have a 2year old pineapple conure and recently I have noticed that after flying around the room due to being spooked she regurgitates a white solid. She only does this after flying and shows no other signs of illness. Should I take her to the vet to get checked out. I am quite worried but my mum says that it’s nothing to worry about.

If you haven't had a checkup, it would be a good time to do so. Usually when they do that, they are overexerted. Unfortunately, only my less than healthy or older birds have a tendency to do this. A check up would be a good thing for a two year old exhibiting this behavior. More exercise after a healthy check up might be helpful.
