Constipated

My cockatoo started to regurgitate food and water and seems constipated. He is straining to poop.
Does anyone have experience or advice on this?

You’re going to have to give us more to go on than that. How old is this bird? How long have you had it? Is it a male or female? What is the bird’s diet? When was the last vet visit?

Pumpkin can be helpful with constipation, however there is usually a reason for the bird to be constipated. If possible, a veterinarian could likely help you find the cause of this issue.
