Coconut oil brands?

Anybody have a coconut oil brand they trust? Or even palm/safflower oil? I'm looking for something that'd be healthy to ingest that could help keep Casper's beak moisturized.

I think most suggest Red Palm Oil.

If you're using it on the beak only, coconut oil is fine. Red Palm Oil isn't really good for that application.

That being said I really like Nutiva. (For both coconut oil and RPO)

Coconut Oil has no nutritional value at all. Giving it to you bird is just giving it straight saturated fats, Red Palm Oil, on the other hand is full of nutrients and has far less saturated fats. I prefer not to put anything on my bird's beak. Their beak scales and sheds layers naturally, but if you feel the need Vitamin E is far better than coconut oil.
