Cockatoo found in Elko Nevada on Spetember 5th

Hi!
My mother contacted me about a Cockatoo at her local animal shelter in Elko, Nevada.
It was found near the Jackpot Rest Stop in Elko, NV. It can speak and seems to be in good health.

The owners will probably be looking for it so you shouldn't post any pictures just in case someone wants to take the bird who isn't it's rightful owner. Is there a band on it's leg or any unique things about the cockatoo? Does it say any specific sentances? You should ask for a specific description. Not many cockatoos go missing and they are expensive birds.
