Hey so i got this toy for my 2 babies cockatiels (they are 2 months old) and i am not sure if it's safe or not for them. The idea is that when i bought the toy i washed it with hot water to sanitize it and the paint on it was starting to get wiped in the water. What does that mean? Is it a safe paint toy or not?

That usually means the toy was dyed not painted, which is good, but you need to know if those dyes are safe or not.
Contacting the manufacturer is always a good idea if in doubt, there´s usually contact info on the tag.
