first off you need to get a differnt cage...it is NOT recommended that any bird be in a round cage... ....they need corners to retreat to and they often retreat to corners for safety...a bird in a round cage is a big no no..also I see a couple of things in there that might be bad..like that fluffy thing (rabbit key chain)..fluff might be in her gut and the actual chain could have lead in it....it almost looks like she might have heavy metal poisoning. can you put some newspapers or heavy kraft paper.. on her grate to make it more comfortable for her to walk down there? you can change them every day...also you can use cayenne pepper to stop bleeding....it also makes a great disinfectant etc..just make it into a paste and apply with pressure if you see bleeding....also are you giving her veggies? she can eat a lot (no onions or apple seeds or avocado)...and I c ouldnt really see but no mite protectors or anything on her cage....those are pure poison even though they are often sold in pet stores....I notice you have her quite low down....can you move her cage higher, like to the top of the bureau I see in the background...that way she wouldn't feel so threatened by people walking around her...and do you have air conditioning? I know it gets very h ot there and she might be pretty hot..really 80 degrees (30 or 35) is about their max tolerance...If you dont have air can you put a fan nearby to circulate the air (not blowing directly on her)...provide water and food 24/7 of course...also you know that you should not use cleaning products around her...really vinegar is the only safe thing to clean with....and no aerosol sprays etc....no cooking around her either..their lungs are so very small....these are just a few hints to try to improve her overall health....the antibiotics take a while to kick in...so keep administering them...
