HELP! So my cockatiel is 8 months old, he’s gotten a recent vet checkup and everything was okay they said , his blood looks good and appearance . His droppings are regular, he’s eating , pretending , flying okay and balancing normally. But I’ve recently noticed black spot on his feather as well as black colour change in tips of his wings

This could just be either him being a lil dirty or it could be the start of a color mutation in his feathers. Is it one he's recently grown in?

I've never heard of feathers turning black from a medical issue. There are some mutations when mixed with lutino will give a very light grayish wash to the bird, but I think that usually covers a bigger area then what you are seeing.

Since he is a beautiful light colored bird, my vote is on something making him dirty. He might be rubbing up against a toy or even a wall and getting dirty. Since he is young, he is probably also clumsier and he might have used his wings to help him balance/climb? I think he's probably due for a molt in the next few months. if the color goes away, that tells you it's just a stain. :)
